30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not satisfied with your order? Return any unopened, uninstalled kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. You don't pay a cent to send it back.

Wrong Kit? Our Mistake, Our Cost.

If we sent the wrong kit, the wrong film type, or the wrong shade from what you ordered, we will ship the correct order at no additional charge and cover all return shipping costs. No restocking fees. No forms. Just contact us and we'll fix it same day.

Damaged in Shipping?

If your kit arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged kit. Keep it, toss it, your call. We just need the photo to process the replacement.

Film Defects

All Geoshield film is professional-grade and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience abnormal bubbling, peeling, discoloration, or delamination under normal use and proper installation, contact us and we'll work directly with Geoshield to get it resolved. We won't leave you hanging.

Installed Kits

Once a kit has been installed on a vehicle, it cannot be returned. This is the only exception to our 30-day policy — we can't resell used film. That said, if you run into problems during the install, reach out before discarding anything. We can often troubleshoot install issues and may be able to send replacement pieces for specific panels.

Ordered the Wrong Kit?

Ordered the wrong model or the wrong shade? As long as the kit is unopened and uninstalled, we'll exchange it within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct kit when we receive yours. Easy.
