Polaris Xpedition Window Tint — Full Model Breakdown
The 2024+ Polaris Xpedition is one of the most exciting UTVs to hit the market in years. Built for serious adventure — and adventure-ready storage — the Xpedition lineup spans multiple trims and configurations. Getting the right tint kit requires knowing exactly which variant you have. This guide breaks it all down.
Xpedition Model Lineup: Which One Do You Have?
Xpedition XP — 2 Door
The base Xpedition XP 2 Door has two side door windows. Our pre-cut kit covers all side glass for a clean, complete look. The XP windshield is shared with the ADV and covered by a separate windshield kit.
Xpedition XP5 — 4 Door
The XP5 adds two rear doors. The 4 door kit covers all side windows across all four doors. Great for riders who need rear passenger comfort on long trips.
Xpedition ADV — 2 Door + Bed Cap
The ADV is the adventure-focused trim with an integrated bed/cargo area and a distinctive bed cap. The window kit covers all side and back windows including the bed cap glass — it's a unique configuration that requires its own precision-cut kit.
Xpedition ADV5 — 4 Door + Bed Cap
The biggest of the lineup — four doors, full crew seating, and the bed cap. The ADV5 kit covers all windows front to back including the bed cap. If you're outfitting the full rig, this is the kit.
Windshield Options for the Xpedition
ADV / XP Full Windshield Tint
The 2024+ Polaris Xpedition ADV and XP share the same windshield. Our pre-cut full windshield kit covers the entire pane for maximum heat rejection and a sharp, finished look. Carbon, ceramic, or APEX film available.
Windshield Banner
Just want to cut the sun at the top without full tint coverage? The Xpedition windshield banner runs across the top edge and reduces direct glare at eye level — a popular option for riders who want maximum airflow and don't mind the visibility tradeoff of a full tint.
Rear Panel Tint
The Xpedition ADV has a rear panel window behind the rear seating and cargo area. Our pre-cut rear panel tint is cut specifically for this unique piece of glass. Pair it with your side window kit for a fully matched, professional look.
Film Types and Shade Options
All Xpedition kits are available in:
- Carbon — Entry-level, matte finish, solid performance
- Ceramic — Best for heat rejection, great on a machine you're using for multi-day adventures in the heat
- APEX — Top-tier film, maximum performance
Shades: 5%, 20%, 35%, 50%, 70%
For the Xpedition, 20% on rear panels and the bed cap is a popular choice for a sleek, uniform look. 35% on the side doors if you want slightly better outward visibility.
Why the Xpedition Especially Benefits From Tint
The Xpedition's large glass area and enclosed cab design means more sun exposure for passengers. On a multi-day backcountry trip, UV exposure adds up fast. Ceramic film with a high rejection rate makes a measurable difference in both comfort and protection.
